The Episode is finished. I've triple checked the sound mix, compiled the credits, consolidated the Patron sprites, finished the thumbnail, and finished the teaser video.
The ONLY thing that's missing are the vocals on the end credits music. Over the past several months, we've put together an original song for the ending that ties in with the plot of the episode, complete with original lyrics. However, my vocalist is still sick right now, battling what appears to be a stomach virus. He currently reports to be recovering now, and says he should be good to go by the end of the week.
After a lot of thought, I have decided, because we all worked so hard on the lyrics and everything else, to wait until we have the finished song to release the episode. I have come this far and we've all waited this long, and I'm not going to rush this out and release something I don't feel is 100% complete. If I release with just the instrumental track, it would be out of impatience, and I'd certainly live to regret it. So, unfortunately, I'm going to delay the release a little bit until this final piece of the puzzle moves into place.
The Episode will drop mid-October. I will upload the teaser video as soon as I receive the final song.
This long, long journey has now wound down and is about to reach its conclusion. The amount of support I've received from you all has kept me going through the harder times, and I am positive that without your donations, the episode would look nowhere near as polished as it does. I actually have no idea how I would have implemented a lot of the stuff I did without your financial support. So thank you. Thank you so much.
The next two updates will be the teaser video and then Ep10 itself. After that, I'm going to be turning off the monthly Patreon charge for a while, as I'll be moving into the dense writing process for Episode 11 and will no longer be able to provide weekly updates. Regular updates will resume after the script for Episode 11 is complete and I move into production. So this October charge will be the last one for a while.
