What's this, new oc? Had gotten inspired over the holidays to come up with a little ink sprite style OC. Calling this guy Smudge and it is a bit of an art muse in Bod's world! Going to probably doodle up a bit more of this guy in the future (heck I've got a handful of traditional sketches of him I need to drop in here already XD).
But for a bit of background:
-Is a sentient sprite from Bod's world that inhabits ink. Is pretty old and tends to hang out in areas of high artistic energy (currently resides in the Ink Splotch art store in Bod's home town).
-Loves to see art, but will definitely judge the quality (or content). Can't speak, but tends to be highly emotive with it's body language to make up for this.
-Lives/feeds off of soot, lampblack, charcoal, and even old/unused art supplies. Will usually stay away from fresh art supplies unless he is absolutely starving. Tends to help with the local paint recycling efforts (will get very round due to this).
-WIll avoid canvas and paper at all costs. Although it loves to view it, it's ink soaks into canvas/art supplies and will ruin pics (and steal some of it's ink).
-Happily refills Bod's ink supplies for free. Tends to be one of the only sources of fresh ink in the nearby region, so it's a frequent stop for artistic travelers.
