Found a way to make illustrations with white background. I used to pride myself for drawing backgrounds in all of my pieces but in reality, it's my pet peeve to leave illustrations without a background unless I'm drawing concept art. The muted colors suits me personally and I love to work on that palette.
Magik is one of my favorite New Mutants, like I was already into her years before Rivals. Her brother, Colossus is one of my favorite X-men too.
Lapwing was more or less a fun copium piece. I was a bit rusty so I need to work on something inconsequential. My favorite expression of her is the one where she is trying to fly, hits me every time.
