DESCRIPTION
A few random pieces I've made for practice.
These pieces were all painted start to finish with minimal sketching and linework, color with gradient maps and a few adjustment layers.
Finally I'm able to replicate Photoshop tech on CSP. It's still not on the level that I'm satisfied with but as of writing this, I was able to integrate it on my lineart heavy illustration.
When I finished the Absolute WW piece, I had to step back and look at the bigger picture. Yes painting shaves off 2 hours of sketch, layering and coloring but I also introduced the problem that I have back then; I'm drawing less and rendering more. I'm confident I'll overcome it, cus' right now I'm working on commissions and I was successful at the technique.
