Full write up on what's past, new and coming can be found here as well as here.
This is a bonus interim update 0.20.5 adding in a cut content Soumya fantasy, Natalie and secret gallery are still on schedule tomorrow or the day after, versioned 0.20.6. This bonus update comes from a discussion with Swagmaster, basically it's something that didn't quite make it before. There is more info below.
Eventually, I plan to figure out an updater which delta updates stuff. Carry on, you can skip this if you don't feel like seeing a variant of Soumya.

I wrote poultry instead of paltry in one of the subtitles. Probably because I forgot to eat today.

Not recommended anymore, new one in a few weeks will blow it out of the water.
On the nature of cut content
Swagmaster Supreme—who directed half of Soumya’s content—recently asked if I had any cut material of her to share. Since I’m swamped preparing for the full release over the next two to three weeks, I figured I’d package it up properly rather than just dumping a zip file. More importantly, I wanted to explain why things end up as cut content in the first place.
It’s not because I’m hoarding Soumya for myself. 🌚Those allegations are unfounded. 🦜 Most of the time, it’s because I realize midway that the direction is completely wrong… or I’ve made a colossal mistake and caught it too late. This particular case was a mix of both.
I had intended to create a parody fantasy, riffing on a similar interaction from a sci-fi show (ST:VOY), while also testing a reworked version of Soumya with dynamic hair. But in the process, I accidentally loaded the wrong model—a version with broken, downsampled textures. The issue stemmed from an old script I wrote back in 2023 that didn’t properly handle texture seams.
Why downsampled? Well, when I first started working on Bindr, I was limited to a single RTX 3080. Its paltry 10GB of VRAM gave me constant headaches when trying to render high-fidelity scenes. The clothing in this fantasy initially hid the mistake, but by the time I noticed, it was too late. Twelve hours of work, wasted.
For transparency, I left the artifacts untouched in this preview—you can’t miss them. The seams are outright green. On top of that, I ran into issues with the dynamic hair getting stuck in her body during simulation, which was frustrating. (Don’t worry, though—the hair was just an experiment, not something planned for the final release.)
I will remove the artifacts in post process for the final release (or after, it's not a high priority, it's good enough as is), just left it as is to illustrate why cut content happens. For context, up to version 0.19.0, Bindr had around 4,500 finalized renders, each taking 5–10 minutes to render. There are over 6,000 in total, and this fantasy is part of the unused remainder—damaged goods.
