[0.20.x+ Poll] State of the Union's kinks

Small glimpse/preview of 0.20.8 is here, coming tomorrow night.

Bringing this back once more, I've tried to add as many kinks as possible. As usual, multi-choice. This will weigh in on 0.20.9+ and especially 0.21.x, so I'll definitely keep it up.

Basic stuff isn't part of it because it's a given.
