[Poll] Slider to adjust receiving speed of messages?

Basically, engine doesn't support any kind of async progression and messages are atomically received, so the UI itself is what channels them to you with "X is typing...".

Hack to accelerate right now: if you back out of a convo, a sequence of messages will be received immediately.

I generally reduce that to near 0 when testing through the game.
