Old 0.X.Y.Z versioning used to have a meaning, season X (usually month) and content update Y for season X, and Z was just patches in-between. But since there's a burning hole the length of a year, seasons lost meaning.
Just dropping the whole thing because having 0.20.9 and 0.20.10 and then patches like 0.20.10.1, yikes.
New scheme
Closer to semver. The MAJOR "prefix" 0. is here to stay for a long while, obviously. Going to increment the minor with each content update. Patches will include remastered content and fixes.
Timeline
0.21 - April 29th
Interim update between 0.20 and upcoming 0.22. New over the top Ma-Ri fantasy and some much needed fixes and optimizations.
0.21.1 - May 1st
Gratitude bonus update fantasy with Soumya and Farah
0.21.2+ - In-between patches
Reintegrating and remastering of old Korea stuff from legacy 0.19. More frequent drops reintegrating old stuff in Seattle, preparing for Sarah and beyond, patching broken stuff etc.
0.22 - May 4th-ish (give or take a day)
New cupcake-loving character Sarah with full parity with legacy 0.19.0, thus removing legacy links to 0.19.0, around May 3rd, resuming normal ops as before.
0.23+ in May
The sky is the limit, but lots of new content with old and new characters, as well as voting for Gold, Platinum and Producer progressions (what I meant by resuming standard ops)
