Finalized Sarah content for 0.21.4 and transplanted pretty much all of the old content up to 0.19.0 into it (with some caveats)

This has been a fairly tremendous undertaking, not to mince words.

Now comes the annoying part of poking at it and seeing if it holds up from many directions and playthroughs to minimize you guys having errors and me having to upload 2.2 GB sized hotfixes 5-10 times. It's way past midnight, so I need some shuteye, I estimate 6-7 hours. And then 12-18 hours of running through everything, breaking it, fixing and setting it up for upload.

Size estimate hasn't changed, it stands at ~2.2 GB.

Farah dates, Rebecca dates (with awareness of Natalie encounters and how you treated her), Elizabeth dates, Elena date, Tiana date, Camila dates, Jessica dates (including Leia + Jessica threesome) are in it.

What I am holding back due to reworking the first meet is Soumya, and she's the trigger for Paris, France, and thus Leia and Helene portions there, which should follow about two days later after 0.21.4 with Sarah, packaged up with the first date with Judy.

Stunningly, Soumya is like 7+ dates, and also affects two others. It's all in, just without triggers and new glue content for meeting Soumya at the new coffee shop. We also need to level the ship a bit later, give other girls a chance with new content, damn.
