[0.22.1 Preview] Final post with Hikari before links (Crunch)

TL;DR I expect 0.22.1 to be out within 18-24 hours. Elizabeth and Sarah to follow shortly after, then posting the next set of polls and expanding the producer polls to everyone with them retaining veto power (since it's all over the place with only a few votes)

Sorry, guys, I know this one is definitely taking a bit longer, I am really doing my best, sometimes things take time going through everything. Once this is done, it should flow a lot easier, I am hammering down all the stuff, bottleneck is not in the rendering, just making sure I can guarantee people can load saves properly and other things I missed as outlined before.

Stuff in 0.22.1:

Save compatibility stuff

Access to Japan and full fun date with Hikari

Region lock support so I can pass control to the player while in a "date-related context" in a different region, to prevent MC from flying out and coming back while supposedly on a date. This is to augment the time lock and the location lock.

Quest-related locking of locations. As it stands now, it entirely possible to lock yourself out of progressing on a date by starting a new date that shares the meet location. If you have a date at a location in progress, you will not be able to start a new one.

Fixing Soumya related rendering errors and the final adjustment of the previous dates, including removing the "email me the photo" cop out in the messages, you will be sending the images to Soumya.

Restored Leia and Helene content in the Paris region

Buttoning up everything else, like adjusting music triggers in 0.19.0 merged content and adjusting some of them for the new overarching narrative.

Next set of voting following release of Elizabeth and Sarah

Since the last producer poll was fairly tight, I will be giving everyone a vote on the Producer poll where they'll have some steering and veto power

All three polls will be going live once I post both Elizabeth and Sarah

Rendering completion

Hikari and Japan region is done (0.22.1)

Elizabeth is rendered, but not integrated / written (0.23), will follow immediately after

Sarah is rendered around 70% and will follow in 0.24 right after Elizabeth (might merge them into a single update, 0.23 maybe)
