[Progression Poll] Who gets progressed?

Having fixed and improved our workflow and just released Rebecca, with Camila right around the corner, and Elizabeth, Neha and Sarah being published in the next seven days, I'd like to start on the first general progression poll for everyone. Ie transferring control into your hands with this additional poll now that I've delivered Hikari, Rebecca, Soumya and a few left over things I promised all the way back in 0.19.0. I'll still take care of the less popular girls, but will prioritize these.

Gold, Platinum and Producer polls will follow as each of these finishes, removing the winner from each. Soumya automatically wins so she's not a part of it. Neither are the previous month's winners (Farah, Sarah, Elizabeth).
