[4K][0.22.5] Camila + new fixes

Obviously, people are excited about Camila's return and there will be some large story beats pertinent to Camila, MC and Sarah being setup, but I'd also like to point out that I've done some work on the side to make the game behave a little bit better.

New messages in Bindr are colored appropriately, making them distinct from old ones.

While receiving new messages, Bindr now properly scrolls down to the newest one.

Bindr now has a pop-up over the navigation tab telling you how many unread messages there are.

Work related to enabling overwriting and deleting saves.

Save system update

You click over a save to overwrite or you can just nuke it by pressing the X button. I've corrected numbering code to account for the ability to delete saves in the middle, so new saves won't accidentally overwrite other saves.
