[0.25.x] Development update

0.25.1 is here.

TL;DR I've decided to bury my personal worries by working more on the game, updates will keep coming but as my mind is a mess, it will come out in order that feels the most organic for me. Polls for December and November will be posted within the next few hours, top two ones will win. Everyone will be eligible. I will also be posting special images of favorite girls.

Personal update

I hope everyone is having a cheerful December. As I alluded to with the release of 0.25.0 BFU, I had to take my relatively young father for an MRI, having hoped it would turn out to be nothing.Unfortunately, that was not to be as it's been confirmed to be cancer. Given that it's part of annual checkups I make him to get, it's been caught in its nascent stages but to say that it is of little comfort would be an understatement. Early info is "positive", but a full-slated biopsy is slated for just before Xmas. Which sucks in more ways than one.

Since the news, I've had a few days where I had trouble trouble eating and sleeping as life has fundamentally changed, whether I like it or not. Outside of the movie-like shellshock noise of the first day, I've mostly gathered my composure.

But, we press on, and I'll be putting more hours in the game, not less, to keep my mind off mortal things. Hope all of you are doing well, your families are well and that you're staying healthy and safe.
