[0.27 Preview] The early "tutorial" for social stats

You may have noticed in early builds of Bindr that there was a police station to the north of the map of the Seattle region. This was planned early on, but I never quite got around to doing it due to being overwhelmed with reworking everything.

Essentially, the game does converge to present day, but things change in present day depending on how you build a character and which choices you make. Obviously, it was kind of ridiculous for a nerd to go full gangsta for someone he doesn't even know after finding the Judy's ransacked apartment.

If your Balls are low, MC will refuse to go further into the apartment. You can decide on your own to call the police or go to the police or talk to Angela who will also tell you to contact the police. Charm is needed to actually not become a temporary suspect yourself, but you can still make the wrong decision and end up in lockup until things are cleared up.
