[0.27 Prerelease Material] Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Consider this the final preview. I've finalized all rendering for 0.27, currently in the process of making sure everything works smoothly, especially the old content. As well as propagating some changes into the Farah lines etc depending on some actions MC can take.

This one is a reminder that just because you have the Balls to do something, doesn't mean it will end well for you if you do. It affects how MC gets funding, whether he gets a record for resisting and various other things... Depending on what you do.

I am still making sure all of this is clear with the help of the onscreen objectives introduced in 0.26.x.
