[0.27.x Preview] Releasing this week: Rebecca, Elizabeth, Tiana and a gift for patience

I am returning to a more iterative process and will be pushing updates very quickly in the 0.27.x range, immediately as remaining work finishes, while refining everything else. It's safer this way to break things, and also people can help beta test.

Thank you all for your patience, it's been a lot of backend work but we're finally done adding any more new systems and health wise issues are looking up, so I am announcing once again that we're content first and content only for the next few months. Probably the whole year, in the background I'll be sprucing everything up to use all these systems, as well as updating the voicing and stuff.

This week I'll be releasing Rebecca, Elizabeth, Tiana and the special gift (present in renders here) for everyone's patience, an "overworld event" repeatable event in Seoul. More on that later.
