0.27.x Save System Revamp / Fix

I am posting this just to confirm that I have indeed revamped the save system which will come with Tiana or the Thank You girl after her (so next week). I don't want to push it out immediately with Elizabeth in 0.27.2 because I 100% forgot a corner case and will create issues for people.

Changes that were made:

Support for named saves

Custom save profile names not attached to your character name because obviously we will reuse the character name most of the time.

Double confirmation for overwriting saves instead of just misclicking things into oblivion.

I completely forgot about working on this from all the other stuff and I recognize it's about to become a bigger problem than ever as branching becomes a more prevalent thing (latest example being Rebecca's path).

So just wanted to come out and say it's coming, since a lot of people asked.
