[4K Preview] Average Farah activities in 0.31

Had to rethink a lot of the bits now that we've got a poll-voted branching loyal / clean path with Galante and Farah (when you don't take the money from Galante), most of it came together nicely. Now is just a matter of not messing up any of the flags and writing it all out cohesively.
