[0.1.4 Preview] Emphasizing the / in D/S

Given that the poll is giving a steady split of 60:40 between femdom and maledom, I am continuing down the path of allowing branching on dominant and submissive paths with lots of bondage in every shape and form. With slightly more on the femdom side until the poll with 0.1.5 probably evens it out.
