[0.1.5.1 4K Preview] Since Hong Yeo-Bin seems to be always running up

I've been watching the polls for 0.1.4 and 0.1.5 and Yeo-Bin is fairly popular, but never quite to make the top 3. She's a prominent part of the Region Hopping update (0.1.7, Korea), but if I don't manage to slot her into 0.1.6, I wanted to at least push her into the 0.1.5.1 fantasy that I'll be releasing alongside the extended Jessica-Leia first encounter on August 18-19. And of course the voted early progression for Soumya for platinums. No worries, it all trickles down, especially as the fourth progression in 0.1.6 requires it. 

As for 0.1.6, I'm aiming at August 28-29, so even if I miss by 2 days, it's still delivered in August.
