[0.1.6 4K Preview] Yes, Rebecca's coming back

Well, the vote is fairly clear so far. Joining 2x Soumya (first part coming early for platinums) and Elizabeth in 0.1.6, Rebecca will be getting another progression. We'll see if we can drop in more towards the middle of the 0.1.6 dev cycle, probably Jessica or Yeo-Bin. We'll also be redoing the kinks poll when I upload 0.1.5.1.

Speaking of, mostly on schedule for August 19th evening EST release. I might take the whole Saturday (off day job) to run more renders through the denoiser and stuff, but pretty much on point. 0.1.6 I am targeting August 29th, unchanged. Leaving enough runway that any delay still falls into August.
