[0.1.7 WIP Preview] Experimenting with integrating MC's apt with the outside world

One of the early problems was that my old 3080 had only 10 GB of VRAM, so I couldn't put MC's Seattle apartment in the context of the "game world". Now with 3090s and 24 GB, it's a lot more feasible.

Still have to optimize the rendering time with the presence of the outside world, but I have some tricks up my sleeve.
