As voted in the Gold redux poll, Leia won overwhelmingly. She'll be a part of 0.1.7, but to match her on the app, you're going to have to first meet her through Jessica, max out on progressions with Soumya and be in a specific region. I won't spoil the why and how, but yes. :D
