[0.1.7.1] Feature outline, better hardware, France introduction

For once, I've not been mauled by a lion or had something blow up in the workstation (as long as the PSU holds up). Our rendering capacity has doubled after 12 hours of dismantling and assembling, so with all the setup, voicing etc, workflow improvement of about 30%.

To celebrate, I'll be doing the France region transition the right way sooner, as part of 0.1.7.1, since the time between 0.1.X versions is 2 weeks, 0.1.X.1 I am thinking being the smaller, between-update at a week distance. So this weekend with this:

Full extra French girl that will serve as the opening for the France region (like Neha was for Korea, replacing having to max out the relationship with Soumya)

The reworked Leia encounter that was missing from 0.1.7 due to HW failure

Ability to "swipe left" on people immediately (❌ next to the ❤️)

A few QOL improvements and fixes that are not directly notable
