Finally:
My goal of saving up money to buy a 1200$ PC for animation/engineering work was accomplished. Thank you for all your support. From normally having to work at 720p resolution to preview how characters move at 60FPS then swap to 2k to look for some defect in the scene.
This is how I used to work:
Now I can preview and watch how smooth it is at the same time on my animation at 2k60FPS (I'm gonna cry. This is unreal). And the new technology of the new graphic card I got the Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR) makes me able to run 4k resolution on 2k monitor so now I can render the work at 4k.
