Uhm.. welcome to another episode of letting my demons write my art scripts, you're either gonna love or hate this one. Cipher was in the backlogs of my bucket list for MONTHS now.. so when she won February's Suggestions Polls, I'm gonna be honest.. the very script you're seeing here has been the idea since the start. That being said, putting it together was basically forcing every building block to work.
If I wanted to draw Cipher, I really wanted to do fish. But you can't fish traditionally in HSR, and Hysilens is a gatekeeper in this regard so she HAD to be there. THEN, to do THAT I had to consider potential retaliation. Easy: bend loads of water into Cipher.. Bing bam boom. That's how we got here.
On top of that, I wanted to step away from large sequences for winners in polls. That only happened with Ganyu cuz for me it was Ganyu comic or die, but the real goal is to get to every suggestion and draw them out how I want sooner without giving anyone the boot for not being as popular. Therefore, one page Cipher after just two weeks of winning, then we'll do second, third place, and so on sooner!

>Commission announcement info tomorrow, be there and read what you can! Only one last comm from January left pending, the focus will be to storm through it over next week so I can open comms late March.
>Other characters from the January Coloring Poll will be done such as Ayaka from Genshin Impact and Kurisu from Steins;Gate, already flat colored as of March 11th! So you'll see them fully done next week.
>And of course, the other runner-ups since as Tsuki Uzaki and Yoru from Chainsaw Man from February's Patreon Suggestions Poll will be worked on in the coming weeks too.
