Most of you, have had the opportunity to play the new Chapter 7 | Part I update. I feel like most of the new things I did (the choices, the new OogleFans UI, ect...) were all received very well. There's two more things I'd like to add: Rewards & Achievements.As you saw, there's an apply button and a contact button currently in the OogleFans UI, they currently serve no real purpose, nor would they serve a purpose in the feature. I'm sure many of you tried clicking on those buttons, but it would've been weird if you yourself, could apply for OogleFans, right? hahaha.Anyway, that brings me to the point of this post:
Introducing Rewards and Achievements. Rewards would be straight-forward: Extra renders depending on what you do in the game. (Saying a certain thing, following a certain path, completing an OPTIONAL Mini-game, finding a collectible, ect...)Which also brings forth the next question, do you like finding collectibles in a VN? When looking at a certain scene, trying to find something that sticks out and clicking on it would give you a reward. The achievements tab would also be for steam in the future, where you can keep track of achievements you've completely and which one you haven't done. For example, if you said no to the sauna scene, you'd unlock the achievement: but... why?Small little things like that. I feel like they could improve the game and the feel, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on it.Feel free to let me know as well in the comments!That's all for now.
