The orders were very clear. Scout beyond the enemy lines to find and track the movement of their military. The plan was to use this information and form a strategy to attack, finally riding the monsters from these lands. And as any patriotic solider would, you followed orders without hesitation.
Or at least tried to, because your scouting team was spotted and attacked. In the chaos that followed you lost track of everyone else and woke up inside an interrogation room of some sort, and a very large minotaur woman standing between you and the only door out.
