Here is the Gym Leader Nessa from Pokemon Sword & Shield,she is my favorite designed character from the game,the orange,Blue and green color palette is so pleasing to my eyes! Her shoes are so adorable with the little floaties on them and with her little blue painted tootsies out,The highlights in her hair are soo adorable and her backstory that shes a model is awesome especially since shes super tall,she must have huge feet haha.
