This phrase is originally derived from the Chinese auspicious saying 「馬到金來」 , which means that the arrival of a horse brings wealth and good fortune.
Because 「精」 and 「金」 are pronounced almost the same in Chinese, I replaced 「金」 with 「精」 , which fits well with the horse’s sexual symbolism.
