Here's a character I'd meant to do the last couple spooktobers, Sam from Danny Phantom!
I ended up using one of the ten years later designs Butch Hartman made bc I'm inconsistent with feeling comfortable drawing teenage characters lol
I just picked the design I liked the most out of that batch, made sure to include a screenshot of it so you guys even know what you're looking at XD
