Moved the main menu around to make it clearer for the user
Make the existing Underwater Surface Reflection Strength option work with WSR
Remove Spooky Settings since it was outdated and unmaintainable code and I will be adding individual options in the future for things that better fit Euphoria Patches.
Cleaned the aurora influence code and improved the cloud aurora influence and general aurora influence
Fixed aurora influence not appearing in WSR
