I try to always be honest and transparent with readers, so I don't want to pretend like a continuation is riding on this. As I've said in various places, I did my best with this series over years but it seems clear the general audience isn't interested. If the subsequent releases were to suddenly catch on, I would be happy to pursue the ideas I'm still passionate about, but it's not statistically very likely.
You're guaranteed to get releases of the remaining books regardless, including audiobooks, because I negotiated specifically for that. I try to do the best I can by those who have enjoyed the series up to this point.
