They go back to the clinic. The nurse friend is really nice to him but he's grim.
Nurse: AH BUCK UP! MY BEST FRIEND ASKED ME FOR HELP AND SAID IT WOULD BE MY WEDDING GIFT TO YOU TWO. I COULDN’T POSSIBLY SAY NO!
Guy just grumbles and continues glaring at her.
