Our story tonight opens in a doctor's office. A female doctor in a lab coat and glasses is talking to a new patient. It’s an open secret that she’s the best of the best when it comes to plastic surgery, especially among trans patients, and she’s certainly attractive herself, with a way of setting patients at ease. Her prospective new patient seems excited about going ahead with surgery, but extremely nervous about what it entails. And how people will treat them afterwards. And they’re not sure if insurance will cover it. And- The doctor puts her hand on the patient’s and they breathe deeply and exhale slowly. She tells them that everything they’ve been feeling is normal and that- Suddenly, the door comes bursting open and a stunning woman in a short pink dress and blonde hair to her shoulders marches in, oblivious to the meeting. She’s shaking a pill bottle and talking a mile a minute about how she’s happy with the changes but complains it’s taking too long for her hair to grow out and her butt just doesn't "pop" yet. The doctor laughs and tells her not to be greedy, AND she’s with a patient right now! The woman finally looks to the side and gasps. She rushes over to the patient’s side, gives them a hug and apologizes, before then going back to gabbing and saying how great the doctor is and they’re totally going to love her work. The doctor pushes the woman back out the door, telling her to come back tomorrow, and please actually call before showing up next time.
The doctor and the patient talk over the rest of their plan, their goals, and the doctor tells them it’s a requirement they buy a sweet dessert to celebrate. They’ll meet up again next week and perform the procedure. The patient asks if they can hug the doctor and she jokes sure, her coat isn't covered in anything too infectious. They hug and they thank her, they’re ready to be happy, and then leave.
We jump forward a week, and the patient arrives, excited to get started. The patient brought her a cupcake after her desert remark and she is ecstatic about the sweets. The doctor chats with them for a bit and they go to the operating room. They sit down on the chair, breathe in through the mask, and drift off to sleep.
VO starts and the doctor narrates. I have a secret. I'm not actually a doctor. Actually, I never even went to medical school. Also, I'm really not human either. Okay, when I'm phrasing it this way, I have a lot of secrets. That's not good.
The doc is a demonic succubus that came to earth to feed. She found doctors’ offices are great for finding emotions to eat. People's fear, hope, and sadness. As she hung around more, she stopped viewing humans as prey and realized how sad and awful their lives were. And how bad their medicine was. And how broken their healthcare is. Demon or not, some things just aren’t right.
She hung around the office, using her powers to remain mostly unnoticed in the waiting room. She helped a few people with her powers to eat emotions. Taking their sadness and fear and turning it into joy made it more empowering than feeding off normal emotions. To go from such lows to such highs makes the humans more energizing and in turn, made her stronger. So when the doctor was ready to retire, she used her powers to get him to sign the office over to her and she set up a shop on her own, faked a medical degree on the wall (when was the last time you actually researched your doctor's degree? She copied hers off one she saw in a movie, figuring that would be more realistic than one she saw on TV).
With the patient under the gas, she morphs into her succubus form, reaching her hand into the patient and the room glows eerily as power surges around her. In a matter of moments, the patient has a woman’s body. The doctor looks up at the clock and then pulls out a book. She sits on the table reading, munching her cupcake gift, and checking the clock and waiting for a reasonable amount of time to go by before she can wake her patient back up.
She hasn't actually filed any insurance claims so nobody comes after her or asks questions (and she likely wouldn’t know how to either). She's never even sent out a prescription before. She just bulk ordered some sugar capsules and empowers them with her magic to do what people need and refine their transformations into their ideal forms. Actually, she’ll probably have to order another jug in bulk soon. Maybe just pop out of country and pick up some more canisters of sleeping gas too. It’s a bit suspicious that the gas and sugar pills are the only equipment her office would order, so she likes to run it out of country to keep fewer eyes on her occult business here. She mainly helps trans people because succubi are good at morphing things, so its easy for her. Trying to fix eyes is super complicated, so nuts to other medical procedures!
After a few hours pass, she wheels the patient to a recovery room and wakes them in the bed. When the patient awakes, she declares the operation a complete success and some of her best work yet. The patient is blown away. She looks so close to what they discussed and she hoped for, and doesn’t feel the least bit sore! The doctor uses some power to hurry the discussion along and prevent the patient from asking too many questions or being too curious about how they feel like they could walk out the door right now. Recovery time? You shush and look at these nice pills I’m prescribing. Take a few and they’ll help balance some human body chemicals and finish off the results.
The patient gets dressed, giddy about how she looks in the dress she bought just for today. She thanks the doctor over and over, asking how she can repay her for her amazing work. Money is tight, but if insurance doesn’t cover the bill- The doctor waves her patient off. Everything will be fine, but if she really wants to repay the doc, the office could always use a cute nurse to help with paperwork and the office side. The doc has just the sexy costume in mind. The patient laughs at the joke, hugs the doctor once more, and leaves to her new life. The doctor scowls. Everybody always thinks she’s joking but she wants a human in a sexy nurse costume to hang out with!
