Looking back, we made a big mistake by including the Ender Dragon as a voting option, but that's just how it is. We will find a way to "speed run" the end without needing visiting all locations, but don't anticipate Dragonussy in the next few updates.
Furthermore, we have a list of the most desired mobs:

I remind you that this vote was not about which single mob should be added in the next update, but about which mobs the audience wants the most, so we can plan content for you and later ask which one to add first. Voting for the mob that will be added in the new update will always involve 2 or 3 contenders at a time, no more.
Our plans are as follows:
1. The Enderman, as part of the forest location, will be in the next poll competing against the Bee.
2. After the upcoming release, we will do a poll to decide the next biome: Tundra with Fox and Wolf vs. Swamp with Witch and Slime.
