[ZZZ] Blaze: Half Nude Mod

Update: Applied the mod to lower LOD, so it will be active when looking at Blaze from a greater distance.

I really like Blaze's design, so I made this simple unscheduled half nude mod for her before playing her event, basically for personal use!
