DESCRIPTION

February update brings a lot of new features. We’ve invested a lot of time into making this update perfect. Read below to discover what’s new and what’s changed.Download Here

Our new exposure logic

This update’s highlight is our own exposure logic. Exposure should now feel much more stable and consistent across all weather and lighting scenarios. Essentially, the exposure works by taking the CBE input and then shaping the AE with it. It’s simple, but effective for achieving what we wanted.

Tonemapping improvements

The shader code has been improved to allow for more customization and flexibility in the tonemapping curve. You can now alter specific regions of the curve to get your desired look in the Editor tab.

Color grading presets

We added some color grading presets that were requested by our community. You can now change the preset directly inside the PP App to get the look you want. If you need help adding your own color grading, ping us on Discord.

HDR and VR fully supported

You can now fully experience Gamma or LCS in Screen, HDR, and VR modes without issues.

Video & CSP settings updatesWe’ve made new changes to the presets based on feedback from our community. The presets are now more convenient and easier to apply, without needing to change anything.Car Material Editor v2.1Additional improvements have been made to the app, along with new materials. A dedicated changelog for the app can be found in the app’s download folder.

New materials include

Glossy plastic

Smooth plastic

Brushed steel

Rubber

And more variations of existing materials.

As always, let us know if you have suggestions for improvements by tagging us on Discord. We’ll definitely try to get as much of the requested stuff out in future updates. All content is accessible through our Discord server. Enjoy the update!
