Rias and Sona took to the air simultaneously, black Devil wings spreading wide behind them as magic circles rapidly unfolded around their bodies in layered arrays of crimson and blue. The atmosphere of the training field immediately trembled beneath the sudden eruption of High-class demonic power as Rias unleashed enormous blasts of her Power of Destruction while Sona followed beside her with dozens of compressed bullets of high-pressure water that shrieked through the air with enough force to punch through fortress walls.
Nonetheless, Ichigo remained standing calmly at the center of the battlefield with both hands tucked into the pockets of his jacket; his gaze steadily tracking both girls as their barrage closed in upon him from multiple angles. Then, with little more than a raised hand, the entirety of their assault abruptly halted in front of him.
Rias’ Power of Destruction and Sona’s water elemental magic – several world’s worth of might away from their older siblings, his unsiblings in the Sinful Cabal - hung motionless in the air beneath the grip of his telekinesis. Both heiresses visibly stiffened in alarm, and before either could react further, Ichigo casually redirected the attacks back toward them with a single thought.
The girls immediately scattered apart through the air, twisting sharply to avoid their own spells as explosions of destruction and torrents of water ripped across the distant mountainside behind them.
Their aerial mobility has improved, he thought to himself with approval.
But at the same time, Ichigo curled a lone finger towards the ground, and instantly the pull of gravity increased a hundred-fold upon both girls.
Rias and Sona plummeted from the sky hard enough to crater the rocky terrain beneath them as the gravitic magic crashed heavily against their bodies. Both immediately attempted to force themselves airborne again, wings straining furiously as demonic power surged around them, but Ichigo simply refuted the magic that gave all Devils the gift of flight.
But, to their credit, the pair adapted quickly.
Abandoning the sky, they broke apart and sprinted in opposite directions around him while continuously launching long-range spells from both flanks. Crimson concussive blasts and razor-thin streams of compressed water crossed toward him in coordinated intervals designed to divide his attention and pressure him from multiple directions simultaneously.
The pincer movement was good idea; he mused to himself. But their ground speed, however, was sorely lacking. Both Sona and Rias were glaringly slow on their feet. While still dozens of times faster than the average human, they were a far-cry from the hypersoci capabilities of High-class Devils in the Rating Games.
But as their barrage continued from opposite sides of the battlefield, Ichigo simply allowed his body to become intangible. The incoming magic passed harmlessly through him before continuing onward directly toward the opposing girl.
Realization flashed across both their faces almost simultaneously.
Sona hastily erected a magical barrier moments before one of Rias’ destruction blasts slammed into it hard enough to shatter the construct apart, while Rias narrowly twisted aside as several of Sona’s water bullets tore through the air close enough to clip strands of her crimson hair.
From the sidelines, Saji threw both hands into the air in immediate protest.
“Hey! How is that fair!?”
Xenovia remained entirely unmoved as she folded her arms beneath her chest and replied flatly, “There is no such thing as fairness in battle.”
“Yeah!” Issei shouted beside her. “Don’t be an idiot, Saji!”
Saji immediately rounded on him furiously. “Who are you calling an idiot, idiot!?”
Ichigo tuned out the peanut gallery as he made a grasping motion with his hand.
Rias suddenly let out a strangled gasp as invisible force wrapped tightly around her throat and lifted her bodily from the ground. Her hands immediately clawed at her neck while her legs kicked helplessly beneath her, ragged choking noises escaping her lips as telekinetic force constricted her airway.
Then Ichigo casually hurled her sideways.
Rias shot across the battlefield with such speed that Sona barely had enough time to widen her eyes before the redhead crashed directly into her. Both girls were sent tumbling violently across the rocky terrain before finally skidding to a halt amidst broken stone and scattered debris.
As they groaned and struggled back onto their feet, Ichigo slowly raised his hand once more and allowed memories of his Tiamat to guide the flow of power gathering through his fingers. Brilliant bolts of blue and violet lightning erupted outward in the next instant and slammed across the battlefield in deafening explosions that blasted both girls backward yet again.
From the spectator area, Issei stared in utter disbelief before yelling at the top of his lungs, “What the fuck!? He’s a Sith Lord too!?”
=======
Ichigo stared slackjawed as his gremlin of an unsister cackled beside him.
"Do you like it?" She asked, bubbling with excitement as she hopped from one foot to another.
He blinked twice before slowly turning his gaze from the poster over to her near-maniacal grin. "Sera, what the fuck is this?"
"Huehuehue!" She said, wriggling her fingers eerily. "I went and bought Disney! Behold! Episode Four of Satan Wars: the Rise of Darth Berrius! Final name still pending!"
Darth Berrius, he mouthed disbelievingly to himself - feeling utterly flabbergasted. A part of him was about ready to explode in protest, but he knew damn well that there was no stopping Sera when she was dead-set on one of her ludicrous film ideas. Instead, he just gave a defeated sigh and turned around while shaking his head. At the very least the concept art was cool. Maybe he should get Meril to commission him a combat able version of the armor?
"Hey! Berry-head, where are you going? Berry-head?!"

A/N: Just some Star Wars inspiration; do love me some Sith aesthetics.
See you on the weekend!
