There’s a lot happening around Evil Inc headquarters this week — awkward breakups, influencer meltdowns, sinful sirens, and a few exciting updates behind the scenes. Plus, I’ve got a big welcome to extend to a new member of the Evil Inc production team, a reminder about the ’Ringo Awards, and a ridiculously packed April collection that just became available without a subscription.
Evil Inc Storyline Update
Captain Heroic has officially decided he’s not comfortable playing with the emotions of an innocent woman just to goose social-media engagement metrics. Unfortunately, Hailey is taking the news a little differently.
Sure, she liked Captain Heroic… but she also liked the follower counts, the engagement spikes, and the possibility of becoming Fairmount City’s next breakout influencer. And now? Those dreams are crashing harder than a supervillain through a plate-glass window.
Honestly, it’s too bad. She would have made a fantastic influencer.
Meanwhile, Yazmine Velour is already looking for the next viral opportunity — because in the content economy, emotional devastation is just another analytics chart.
Evil Inc After Dark
We’ve already seen the conclusion of that unforgettable scene (cruelly cropped above) featuring Iron Dragon, Desi, and Catnip… but we’re nowhere near done.

I’m bringing in a second colorist to help manage the growing workload around Evil Inc headquarters.
Alex Heberling will absolutely remain the colorist on Evil Inc and Evil Inc After Dark, but I’m very happy to welcome Jon Lima aboard! Jon will be handling the single-panel cartoons and commissions going forward, which is going to help keep everything running smoothly while allowing me to increase output across the board.
