Here is Ditria's second full session! She's one of my favorite subject's to work with, not only a natural at trancing, but she has such memorable reactions, and some great insights into what she's experiencing.
List of Suggestions:
I start with a breathing exercise to relax her
I have her relax different parts of her body (1 minute)
I guide her into trance for the first time (6 minutes)
I deepen her trance (10 minutes)
When I say the phrase BLANK TRANCE, she goes into a blank, mindless trance
When I say the word FREEZE she instantly freeze in place like a statue
She drops into trance anytime I say the word DROP
She experiences her BLANK TRANCE trigger (25 minutes)
She forgets even starting the session (27 minutes)
She is frozen and dropped into trance a few times (27 minutes)
She freezes herself for a moment while describing being frozen (30 minutes)
I have her properly freeze herself by thinking of her trigger word (31 minutes)
She's dropped into trance while frozen (32 minutes)
I use her BLANK TRANCE trigger again (33 minutes)
She automatically finds herself saying "I am deeply mesmerized" when I ask her how she feels or how she's doing (36 minutes)
Her mouth and tongue become completely numb when I snap my fingers (36 minutes)
I use her BLANK TRANCE trigger while her tongue is still numb (40 minutes)
She can't stop herself from snapping her own fingers, each time she does she drops into trance a little (42 minutes)
She's snapped out of it but her hand keeps snapping again (45 minutes)
I deepen her trance (49 minutes)
She becomes a robot, and as a robot I pause her, put her in slow motion, loop her, and change her language to gibberish (55 minutes)
I power her down (59 minutes)
She tries to dance as a robot but finds her power running down (1 hour 1 minute)
I have her become various animals, but when I break her from those states she feels aware but can only speak as that animal
She thinks she's a cat (1 hour 9 minutes)
She thinks she's a puppy (1 hour 12 minutes)
She thinks she's a cow (1 hour 15 minutes)
She thinks she's a chicken (1 hour 16 minutes)
I return her to trance while she thinks she's a chicken (1 hour 20 minutes)
She thinks her hand is a snake with a mind of its own, and the snake slowly hypnotizes her and turns her into a snake (1 hour 24 minutes)
The snake tries to entrance me (1 hour 29 minutes)
I guide her back into trance (1 hour 30 minutes)
When I snap my fingers her arms and feet feel bound. When I say PLEASURE she feels a wave of pleasure, and tickled when I say the word TICKLE (1 hour 38 minutes)
She's dropped while hypnotically bound (1 hour 39 minutes)
I use her BLANK TRANCE trigger and ask her a few questions while she's tranced out (1 hour 40 minutes)
I guide her back into trance with a short induction (1 hour 41 minutes)
She feels a building pleasure anytime I count from 1 to 5
I wake her from trance with a count (1 hour 46 minutes)
She experiences a few counts to end the session (1 hour 48 minutes)
