Here is Renna's first full session! She had some previous experience with trance so I knew she'd be a great subject, but I was still surprised at just how responsive she was to the experience. She would later say this was the deepest trance she had ever experienced. Without a doubt, one of the best subjects I've worked with, and such an incredible first session!

I start by taking her a breathing exercise to relax her
She tries to keep her eyes open as I guide her into trance for the first time (3 minutes)
I deepen her trance (6 minutes)
She sinks all the way down (13 minutes)
She becomes frozen in place like a statue when I say the trigger word FREEZE
She instantly drops into trance when I say the trigger word DROP
She wakes from trance (23 minutes)
She's frozen for the first time (24 minutes)
I mesmerize her while she's frozen (25 minutes)
She's dropped into trance (25 minutes)
She automatically finds herself saying she's 'deeply mesmerized' anytime I ask her how she feels or how she's doing (32 minutes)
She talks about putting herself into a trance when she was younger getting massages (36 minutes)
She freezes in place very slowly (38 minutes)
She freezes very slowly again (42 minutes)
Her hands lift in front of her while she's frozen and she repeats she's 'deeply mesmerized' (44 minutes)
She's triggered to say she's 'deeply mesmerized' a few more times (47 minutes)
I guide her back into trance as she tries to keep her eyes open (48 minutes)
She drops into an instant but short trance whenever I say the trigger phrase SLEEP NOW (1 hour 1 minute)
Whenever I say level and a number from 1 to 5, she experiences her mind going blank, with level 5 having her mind going completely blank. She ends up drooling quite a bit at level 5 (1 hour 5 minutes)
I play with her different levels some more (1 hour 8 minutes)
Her tongue and mouth feel numb and that gets stronger each time I snap my fingers (1 hour 11 minutes)
I use her levels trigger again while her mouth is number (1 hour 14 minutes)
I guide her back into trance using her levels trigger (1 hour 16 minutes)
She thinks she's a cat (1 hour 26 minutes)
She thinks she's a puppy (1 hour 28 minutes)
She thinks she's a chicken (1 hour 30 minutes)
She thinks she's a cat again (1 hour 32 minutes)
I snap her out of it while she's on top of her couch (1 hour 32 minutes)
She thinks she's a cat again (1 hour 33 minutes)
I snap her out of it while she's on top of the couch again (1 hour 34 minutes)
She thinks she's a puppy again (1 hour 35 minutes)
I snap her out of it with a pillow in her mouth (1 hour 36 minutes)
She thinks she's a chicken again (1 hour 37 minutes)
I guide her into trance while she thinks she's a chicken (1 hour 38 minutes)
She feels a building pleasure as I count from 1 to 5, and releases that please as I command her to release, but she also finds she freezes in place at the peak of that release
She experiences a pleasure build and release from trance that wakes her (1 hour 46 minutes)
She experiences a pleasure build and release that freezes her (1 hour 49 minutes)
She experiences another freezing pleasure release (1 hour 51 minutes)
I count her up to another freezing release very quickly (1 hour 53 minutes)
I use her SLEEP NOW trigger a few more times (1 hour 55 minutes)
I guide her into trance one last time (1 hour 58 minutes)
I give her a cleansing count up from trance (2 hour 3 minutes)
