Was originally planning on a 1st February release but sadly not possible, these past few weeks have truly enlightened me on the affects stress can have on the body. Not sure what that really means going forward since this isn't the first time but just the first time it's caused real delays but I'll be sure to update on the release of v0.14 soon after v0.13 release.
I'll be trying the new release schedule that I mentioned before, minus the more expensive tier. If this does well or at least as good, I'll keep it like this going forward. If not, then either I'll just add a more expensive tier and add on 2 days (which would still be 10 days earlier than the old month long release schedule) or just go back to the old schedule.
