In how many timelines does the wasteland spawn correctly?
Thank you for your support, and welcome to Beta 3! It's been a long time coming, so please take note of these quick points before you proceed to your download.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- These are experimental builds — update your existing 5.10 saves AT YOUR OWN RISK! We recommend starting a fresh 5.11 save, and making frequent backups, as game-breaking bugs may exist.
- Closed Beta 3 focuses mainly on the Wasteland district, as well as the new radiation mechanic. Any content beyond this point is considered WIP! The lab exists, but the portal has been disabled. This also means that the questline up to making the first cure is completable!
- Several large Wasteland landmarks are still being built or finalized, and will be added in further versions of v5.11.x. Likewise, the guidebook is also WIP —there will be more content to release in future updates, including more custom art. We will notify Patreon supporters of updates as we complete them!
- Similar to previous betas, please put any bugs you find on Discord in the patreon-bugs channel!
- Be aware, due to balance changes and the newly introduced Easy and Hard custom difficulties, the gameplay experience is expected to be quite different. Feel free to provide thoughts about the new adjustments on Discord in patreon-feedback channel.
- We understand that many of you would like to enjoy this modpack this with your friends, so server packs will be provided alongside the normal download link! However, we would like to kindly request that you do not simply distribute copies to the public, as experimental builds are intended to obtain feedback from a controlled group and do not represent our final vision for the modpack.
INSTALLATION
- If you're playing on an Apple device (Mac) or your OpenGL version is lower than 4.6, please remove the following mod: acceleratedrendering-1.0.9-1.20.1-alpha-SNAPSHOT+c6db09d.jar, otherwise you may crash during bootup.
- The zip file provided complies with the official Curseforge profile format, which includes proper attribution and credit to all mod authors. As such, please use a compatible launcher like Curseforge or Prism to import it. DO NOT download versions of the modpack found outside Patreon, as not only will mod authors be deprived of their income from mod downloads, but there also may be potentially malicious .jar files present that are not approved by Curseforge.
- To install the modpack, head to the Curseforge launcher > Import > Import Profile.zip. You may also attempt to load it with any other modpack launcher of your choice, but be aware this has not been tested with other launchers.
- Pirated launchers are not supported.
- Please do not attempt to modify or update any of the mods on your own!

Be aware that there is NO GUARANTEE your saves will be compatible between v5.10.x and Closed Beta 3 (v5.11.x) - proceed at your own risk!
Obviously, v5.5 saves are not compatible with v5.11.
