We hope you enjoyed the ending of Coffee Buns we shared with you last update, but there's still more blushy bunny story to read! After all, our VN is an erotic story so we're making good on that promise with a particularly smutty update this month. Let's see what you have in store!
New Story - Naomi Date 2
Now that we have the main trunk of the story finished, we can go back and fill in Leo's relationships with all his friends. Friends including a certain energetic deer who's interested in showing you the ropes of womanhood.
Naomi takes Leo out to the club and as you might remember from a previously-offered cameo opportunity, there's both men and women on the menu in case Leo feels like being adventurous. Naomi's first date was pretty tame, but we're making up for it with some spicy, quasi-public sex scenes this time around. Maybe you'll even see someone you recognize from our fan community in one of the scenes!
New Art - New Sprites, Sprite Improvements, and Sprite Animations!
You can see Naomi's new dress in the screenshot above, but KD's been busy with even more improvements.
There's a few new additions, like a new casual outfit seen when going on Roman's first date and a finished sprite of a familiar character near the ending, but an even bigger update is an improvement to Leo and Bonnie's sprites. As you've seen, they each have opposite eyes obscured by their hair, but the nature of sprite flipping made that less obvious compared to CGs. After a painstaking process that also took into account their ears, Leo and Bonnie are now fully consistently mirrored! It was a painstaking process that took KD a lot of time, but we think it helps sell the design.
We also took the time to animate some character tails in a few scenes. We thought it didn't look quite right to keep them static when the narrative pointed out their movement, so we animated them like in the example below. It also shows off the new mirrored Leo!
New Art - New CGs, including two intimate scenes!
Mira had a very busy month in November, completing five whole new CGs, most of them with multiple alternates! All of them can be found in the new update, and marks her introduction to drawing sex scenes for us. She'll be taking over those duties from this point on, and I think you'll see what a good job she does with them in this update.
There's also a finished version of Boss's spying attempts on her beach day with an adorable pubby who thinks she's being stealthy.
New Music - Title Screen Theme
It's been a while since Will finished any music for us since he's been busy as part of the development team making Chrono Gear: Warden of Time. But he's come back with a key track in the form of our title theme! It'll be the first new thing you get to experience when you open up the VN, so maybe linger for a bit to soak it all in. We think it's a great addition to ease readers into our story.
We'll be back next month with an update featuring Ash's second date! We're even going to give it a fair go and try to include Roman's second date as well, but we don't want to overpromise.
