Saturday Update!

Good morning! Saturday is here!

I am a bit ashamed to report that I didn't do too well last week. My productivity was very poor 😩

I'd been having worsening health issues, and it started to impact my ability to work. I wasn't able to sleep much, and my muscles were getting more and more weak and sore. I had constant headaches and this weird soreness in my jaw.

On Friday it was so bad I was getting dizzy and couldn't think straight. I realized I was getting heat sickness. So I broke down and finally bought a portable AC for my office. As soon as it started working and it got cooler I noticed how bad my health actually got. I didn't think it was hot enough to cause all that 😅 Kind of a literal and figurative frog in boiling water moment for me tbh

But, lesson learned. I have the AC now so it shouldn't happen again. And I do apologize for not doing anything sooner and letting it affect my work.

I didn't get a lot of placeholders done, but I have a couple I can show:

I think she appreciates the new AC unit too. After she got over the weird noise, she sat in front of it for like 20 mins and then just went boneless on my lap

I'm still feeling a little rough tbh, but I'll rest over the weekend. Hopefully I can get back into it better next week ^^;
