DESCRIPTION
Background NPCs will look like this (image above). They feature lighting to match the environment as well as the possibility of emote bubbles that tell the player about new state changes like a "!" for indicating they have something to tell the Player urgently or a heart symbol to indicate attraction.
MeltyVixen and I will be churning through these soon. The main characters as well as all the townspeople in the game will require these sprites (and basically anyone you can interact with in the game)
