Although I’ve learned pretty fast and become quite skilled at many things, every time I start thinking I’ve done well... I deserve to get bonked on the head for it (and please do). Over the last two days, I sat down and re-studied all the other scenes that I consider the best in VAM...
And then I realized again:
My scene optimization... is still terrible as usual. Even though most people can play them now, I still don’t want to leave out anyone who wants to enjoy my scenes, especially people with mid-tier PCs, like 32GB RAM setups or GPUs from 4–5 years ago.
I also realized that some of the techniques and plugins I use have become old-fashioned, following the same path many creators before me already took...
I realized that lighting and sound are equally important when it comes to pushing the viewer’s emotions to their climax.
I’ve been too stubborn about not using certain plugins because I thought they weren’t necessary... because I was lazy, because managing and pushing nodes with many characters is exhausting. Before this, I focused mostly on motions, facial expressions, and lip-syncing.
I think I need to evolve myself once again.
And I also feel like I need to create something more unique and exciting than just ordinary lapdance scenes. I’ve always understood that you guys subscribe to me to experience moments that satisfy your desires when putting on a VR headset.
My next scene name "Alpha Psycho" is going to completely change many of the plugins and approaches I use, while pushing the intensity to an even higher level... I’m going to show you a piece of the madness happening inside my head.
