[plugin] Steam VRHand Vibration Vam-fix
DESCRIPTION

Supports both the Oculus runtime and SteamVR.

Usage : Inject the DLL via the Scan Plugin tab. If VaM is not running under the Oculus runtime, it will fall back to SteamVR and operate via callback.

In addition to VR Hand mode, there is also Person Hand mode. In Person Hand mode, when a collision is detected on the hands of the target character, the VR controller vibrates.

For example, if the character’s right hand touches something, only the right VR controller will vibrate.

There are also fine-grained settings available.

Depending on the configuration, the vibration can be tuned to feel like gently stroking or caressing something.

Alternatively, you can generate vibration events via external triggers. Fade-in and fade-out can also be configured.

I’ve only tested this with a Quest 3, so I can’t be certain about other devices. However, if you’re using SteamVR with VR controllers that support vibration, it should work properly.

A feature to adjust the Send Hz has been added.

In the previous version, the value was relatively high by default.

If you used the older version, you’ll need to switch to the new one, save your scene, and then reload it for the changes to take effect.
