Here is a video of how to make sure you guys have the ppfilter in game and if you don't see the settings in your game, you probably did not install it right. copy the settings if you need to.

Make sure you have the video settings selected in content manager and my csp settings if you need extra help on how install the pack, please let me know. I make everything easy the install.
